Meet Ila
Ila Hubbard is a Bioenergetic Practitioner certified through Innate Body Academy , Qest4 and currently continuing education as a student of homeopathy at the renowned RMDY Academy.
Her work is centered around helping people reconnect with their body’s innate intelligence and return to resonance.
After experiencing the effects of modern burnout and navigating her own health challenges, Ila was guided back to a more holistic approach to healing.
Today, she supports clients through bioenergetic work and homeopathy ~ helping the body release patterns of imbalance and restore its natural rhythm.
What is Bioenergetic Testing?
In short, Bioenergetic testing is a way of communicating with the body’s innate intelligence to understand where it may be under stress or out of balance.
Using frequency-based technology, we can identify patterns across the physical, emotional, and energetic systems ~ offering insight into what the body needs most support with. The data allows us to see how everything is connected.
From there, personalized protocols are created to gently guide the body back into balance, supporting its natural ability to reorganize, regulate and heal over time.
Through bioenergetic testing, personalized protocols, and ongoing support,
we work together to uncover patterns of imbalance and listen to what your body is communicating.

At the pop-ups & markets, I offer personalized flower essence remedies that are intuitively selected for each individual. I work with a library of 212 stock essences and create custom blends of up to five essences at a time, tailored to what your system needs most.
These are gentle, vibrational remedies made from the energetic imprint of flowers, designed to support emotional balance, self-awareness, and personal growth.
Rather than working chemically in the body, flower essences work subtly over time ~ supporting shifts in thoughts, emotions, and patterns in a natural and energetic way.
My booth is an interactive experience where people can learn more about their own energetic patterns and leave with a custom remedy to support them.
